In Delhi, the AAP has successfully provided free primary healthcare for all through 500 mohalla clinics, quality education with modernized classrooms & improved learning outcomes, and significant expansions in public transport with free tickets for women. By extending free water up to 20,000 litres and free electricity up to 200 units per household, the AAP has augmented Delhi’s economic growth exponentially. The state budget outlay has been more than doubled at ₹ 69,000 crores, with the highest percentage allocations to education (24%) and health (14%), and a budget revenue surplus – made possible through fiscal prudence and transparent governance.
